Would definitely recommend
I recently had my bathroom remodeled with Thompson Bath. This is my first remodal and you can hear some remodal horror stories so I was somewhat anxious about the whole thing. I am delighted to say that it was an excellent experince from the initial consultation with Erin, the texts keeping me updated from Kylie and Roslyn, through the actual install by Geo. Every person was prompt, proffesional, and polite. Geo was probably the hardest worker I have ever seen and did an excellent job! I was also impressed that a representative from Home Depot came by to check on the project. I would absolutely use them again and do not hesitate to recommend them.
Bathroom remodel
All I can say is WOW! What a difference! Everyone at Thompson Bath was amazing from start to finish. Dallas, our estimator, was so helpful in assisting us with our remodeling plans. He was so patient, very friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions to our liking. Kylie was our contact person who kept us up to date regarding scheduling, delivery and installation timeframes. She never left us in the dark, and we appreciated her attentiveness. Josh and Tristen were the installers who did a phenomenal job. They explained everything they did. Made sure our expectations were met and always checked with us first before final installation was complete to ensure everything was placed the way we wanted. They were very personable, highly experienced and left the area neat and clean. We are so pleased with this company, their workmanship and excellent customer service that we plan to have them remodel our master bathroom as well. As you can tell we are so pleased with the results and highly recommend Thompson Bath for your remodeling needs.
Bathroom remodel
We are very pleased with the remodel of our bathroom. Our installer Ricardo was a pleasure to work with. You could tell he takes pride in his work and it definitely shows in the results. Would highly recommend.
GREAT FROM START TO FINISH
Erin came out and explained everything to us and helped with every step of the process... she never made us feel less than like some other places did when seeking an estimate for a remodel for a disabled veteran. She helped with choices and explained every step. Our installer was Ricky, and he was great as well. Professional and extremely efficient. The job was clean and quick and more than we expected. Our entire experience was great from start to finish and we will not hesitate to use them again.
